HOLIDAY 2020
During the first holiday season of the Covid-19 Pandemic, Nordstrom introduced multiple activations and initiatives to engage with customers, such as Personalization services and Gift Shops. There was a need for impactful and functional way-finding, to help customers navigate their way throughout the store. I designed a system where stores could customize their navigation signs to accommodate their specific offerings of destinations.

In December of 2020, Forbes published an in-depth article on Nordstrom’s in-store Holiday campaign. The signage and graphics I designed were featured extensively.
