Fall 1 Trim pays homage to iconic artists of the Modern Era while incorporating futuristic Mid-Century design elements. I was inspired by the technical fabrics, retro patterns and color blocked apparel in the fashion direction.

'Lady Classic' and 'Maximum Impact' were the fashion stories provided for August and September 2019. I designed FALL 1 Trim to support the merchandise for both stories in stores.

STELLA: Patterned and textured forms imitate the abstract shapes of a Frank Stella print.

LE CORBUSIER: Contrasting colors mimic the bold facades of Le Corbusier’s buildings. Vertical lighting further emphasizes the architectural inspiration.
MONDRIAN: The compositional paintings of Piet Mondrian have influenced a grid formation of illuminated globes.

LE WITT: Fluid lines emulate Sol LeWitt’s Minimalist drawings. A futuristic chandelier hangs above the mannequins.
